The company follows the following quality checks of material:

• Percentage of tolerance in gauge / grammage in material.
• Lacquer Porosity Test is done after internal spray in short intervals.
• Air Leakage Test is done regularly to check leakage in close end tubes.
• Collapsibility Test is done to maintain the collapsibility of the tubes. 
• After running the printing line, the Doctrine Machine is used to check the uniformity of shades.
